Lunch with my daughter and husband was enjoyable. I just wish I could say the same about the service we received here. The waitress was ditsy, lazy, and had other things to do somewhere near the kitchen. She took our drink order and disappeared for five minutes. When she did come back, she had our drinks, but disappeared even longer. Finally, she came back to take our order and was unsure of the ingredients used on a cheeseburger my daughter wanted. Again, NOT TO BE SEEN for another ten minutes. My son-in-law knew something was wrong with his Sprite and he told her to trade it for a Raspberry Iced Tea. He did not receive it until I received my salad which was another 8 minutes!
We were a bother to her!!
I ordered a side salad to go along with my Cheeseburger, and she promptly brought it out. I asked her about my daughter’s French Onion Soup, but somehow it did not register with her. My daughter did not get it until 15 minutes AFTER we began eating!! Frustration abounded.
After eating our burgers, and I did not get french fries, by the way, we wanted to leave so we asked for a carry out bowl for my daughter’s soup. The waitress spilled all the extra soup on the table!!! My cheeseburger was quite tasty in spite of her disappearing act.
I was LIVID!!
No more will I put up with such sloppy service. I will find a manager and report such behavior in the future.
